Three buckets

Your wallet has three buckets:

When credits land

The exact timing depends on the partner network. Typical windows:

Network typeWhen the credit appearsLock period
1-tap installWithin minutesNone or 24h
SurveyMinutes to hours7 days
App trialHours to days14 days
SubscriptionAt the trial → paid transition30 days

We pass through whatever the network’s policy is — the lock period exists because the network sometimes reverses credits when the underlying advertiser flags fraud or non-conversion. Once the lock elapses, the coins move to Available automatically.

What if it’s reversed?

If a network reverses a completion (rare — usually fraud signals or chargebacks), the reversal debits the originating bucket. If the reversal pushes you below $0, your account enters a temporary reversal-debt hold:

This is the same model competitors use; it protects the network economics without freezing your account permanently.
