Three buckets
Your wallet has three buckets:
- Available — spendable right now. You can cash out from here.
- Pending — coins waiting out a lock period (24h–30d depending on the partner network’s chargeback window). The countdown is shown next to each entry.
- Promo — bonus credits that unlock to Available once you’ve earned $5 in real activity. Designed to prevent signup-bonus farming.
When credits land
The exact timing depends on the partner network. Typical windows:
| Network type | When the credit appears | Lock period |
|---|---|---|
| 1-tap install | Within minutes | None or 24h |
| Survey | Minutes to hours | 7 days |
| App trial | Hours to days | 14 days |
| Subscription | At the trial → paid transition | 30 days |
We pass through whatever the network’s policy is — the lock period exists because the network sometimes reverses credits when the underlying advertiser flags fraud or non-conversion. Once the lock elapses, the coins move to Available automatically.
What if it’s reversed?
If a network reverses a completion (rare — usually fraud signals or chargebacks), the reversal debits the originating bucket. If the reversal pushes you below $0, your account enters a temporary reversal-debt hold:
- New earnings auto-apply against the deficit before flowing to Available.
- New offer attempts are blocked while the deficit is below the $-5 floor.
- Cash-outs are blocked until the deficit clears.
This is the same model competitors use; it protects the network economics without freezing your account permanently.
