These terms govern your use of Credgle ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a working draft and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed copy before launch.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. We verify date of birth at signup. Accounts created by minors are terminated and any balance is forfeited.
Credgle is not available in jurisdictions where running our service would violate sanctions or local law. The current sanctioned hard-block list is published at /legal/aml.
2. Account
- One account per person. Multiple-account detection signals (fingerprint, payment-method hash, IP cluster) drive enforcement.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA factors secret. We do not have the ability to recover an account whose factors are all lost.
- We reserve the right to hold, freeze, or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Earning
Credgle pays you a share of the revenue we receive from our partner networks. Payouts on each offer are denominated in credgles (1,000 credgles = $1.00 USD) and credit your wallet once the partner confirms completion.
Per-offer pricing, geo eligibility, and completion criteria are set by the partner network. Reversed completions debit the original credit; if the reversal pushes you below $0 your account enters a temporary reversal-debt hold described at /legal/kyc.
4. Cashing out
The minimum cashout is $1 for L4 accounts, $3 for L3, and $5 for L0–L2. Gift card cashouts dispatch via Tremendous within 24–72 hours after the review hold. Crypto cashouts are operator-dispatched manually — please email support@credgle.com with your wallet address.
5. Fees
Gift cards: $0 platform fee at MVP. The Tremendous catalog passes through some per-brand discounts/fees which surface on the cashout submission page.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time via Account → Delete. A 30-day soft-delete window precedes purge so we can verify no compliance hold attaches.
7. Disputes
Reach out via support@credgle.com. Unresolved disputes after 60 days follow the binding-arbitration clause that counsel will draft before launch.
8. Changes
Material changes to these terms are emailed to all active accounts 30 days before they take effect.
